Privacy in plain language
We build websites for therapy practices. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how privacy rights can be exercised.
Scope
We serve therapy practices across different regions. Website defaults, consent messaging, and disclosure patterns are designed with privacy in mind.
What we collect
- - Contact details submitted through forms (name, email, and message content)
- - Basic technical data for security and uptime (for example, request logs)
- - Site performance and analytics data when enabled
How we use information
- - Respond to enquiries and support requests
- - Deliver, secure, and improve website services
- - Meet legal, contractual, and fraud-prevention obligations
US privacy rights
For US visitors, we align with the disclosure and request-rights model used by modern state privacy laws, including California CPRA (access, deletion, correction, and portability where applicable).
Canadian privacy rights
For Canadian visitors, we align to PIPEDA principles and account for Quebec private-sector requirements (Law 25 updates), including transparency and request handling.
European privacy rights
For European visitors, we align with GDPR principles including lawful basis for processing, data minimisation, and the right to access, correct, delete, or port personal data.
Third-party services
We use selected providers for security, hosting, and form protection. For example, our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam and abuse.
Data requests and contact
To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us at [email protected] or use the contact page.
